A special PROGRAM analyzes 22 groups of parameters that take into account the opinion of hundreds of experts and art critics around the world, and also calculates the coefficients of uniqueness of paintings, the fame of the artist's personality. Currently, there are several indexes that determine the ratings of artists. The most famous of them are:
* The Mei-Moses Repeat Sales Index (WAAI — Mei Moses World All Art Index). Scientists have collected a database of repeated auction sales since 1810. In 2016, they brought the base to 45 thousand and sold the mechanics of the Sotheby's index for an undisclosed amount.
* Index of Contemporary Art (C50 — Contemporary Art Index C50), developed by Artnet. The American company Artnet analyzes auction prices and gallery sales.
* The Market Certainty Index (AMC — Art Market Confidence), developed by Artprice. The French company Artprice collects data from 6.3 thousand auctions.
* The ST 5000 index (Skate's Top 5000), which shows the point of entry into the ranking of the five thousand most expensive works in the world.
* The ARTIMX index, developed by ARTinvestment. The Russian ARTinvestment project collects and analyzes auction prices for Russian artists.
All these indexes have several significant drawbacks.read more

1) They look only into the past and are not able to foresee the future at all. Traders of the stock and currency markets call such instruments "redrawing indicators".
2) They do not take into account the uniqueness of the artist, the presence of works in museums, fame and many other factors.
3) There is a high probability of buying a hyped "dummy".
Almost all the existing art ratings (except EXP) have the same disadvantages. Plus, the human factor of rating commissions is added, consisting of curators and gallery owners and pushing "their" artists.

This program is devoid of these disadvantages, because:
a) Auction and gallery sales data is just a fragment of the system.
b) The opinion of hundreds of specialists unrelated to each other is taken into account.
c) Popularity is analyzed not only among specialists, but also among a wider circle of art connoisseurs.
d) The program cuts off artificial cheating ratings from gallery owners and art dealers.

1. The purpose of this rating is an investment guide for professional artists, art managers and buyers.
2. The price of the works of each creator is calculated by the program individually, is the investment maximum for a given time and can be subsequently revised upwards.
3. These price recommendations are valid only for original copyrighted works.
4. Prices are given in US dollars (USD) and in rubles at the official exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of the certificate creation.
5. The prices below do not include the cost of art materials and other expenses for the creation and sale of the work (design of paintings, casting of sculptures, services of managers and galleries, etc.).
6. The price coefficients of the program for artists working in two-dimensional space.
6.1. The coefficients are given according to the following artistic techniques:
Technique 1. Easel painting, monumental painting, mosaic panels - 1;
Technique 2. Watercolor, gouache, pastel and other polychrome art techniques, except those used in technique 1 - 0.28125;
Technique 3. Ink, pencil and other monochrome art techniques - 0.15625;
Technique 4. Photographic works, printed graphics (etching, lithography, engraving, etc.) - 0.03125.
6.2. The prices are given for the base size of the works of 50 x 50 cm, i.e. 2500 sq. cm (the minimum area of the rectangle in which the work can be entered) and vary in proportion to the increase or decrease in this size.
6.3. Example of calculating the price of an artist's painting of 4 categories – average investment level of works, 60 x 40 cm (oil on canvas):
Painting area: 2400 sq. cm.
The ratio of the area of the painting and the base area: 2400 : 2500 = 0.96.
The price of the painting (excluding the cost of art materials and other expenses according to clause 4) = price x 0.96 = 3000 x 0.96 = 2880 USD.
Example of calculating the price of a painting 60 x 40 cm by the same artist (watercolor) = the price of equipment 1 x 0.28125 = 2880 x 0.28125 = 810 USD.
7. The price coefficient of the program for artists working in three-dimensional space is 0.34375
7.1. The prices are given for the conditional base size of the works of 50 x 30 x 30 cm, i.e. 45,000 cubic cm (the minimum volume of a rectangular parallelepiped into which the work can be entered) and vary proportionally to the increase or decrease in this size.
7.2. Example of calculating the price of a sculpture measuring 50 x 90 x 40 cm by the same artist:
The volume of the sculpture: 180,000 sq. cm
The ratio of the volume of the sculpture and the base volume: 180,000 : 45,000 = 4.
The price of the sculpture (excluding the cost of art materials and other expenses according to clause 4) = base price x 4 x 0.34375 = 3000 x 4 x 0.34375 = 4125 USD

What this program gives:
1. An objective assessment of the artist's work, a rating confirmed by the International Academy of Contemporary Arts.
2. Placement on the official website forever, with the possibility of subsequently increasing the rating category.
3. Issuance of an official certificate from the International Academy of Contemporary Arts.
The work on the ratings is carried out exclusively by order of the artists themselves, galleries and collectors, placement on the site - only with the consent of the artists. Certificates and information on the website are in Russian and English.
Cost of work: 9.850 rubles.
Additionally, the artist can order:
a) a list of recommendations for improving the investment rating generated by the program. The cost is 3.100 rubles.
b) posting on the website articles about the artist, which are not available on the Internet, but are available in the archive. Or articles that are in online publications, but it is quite possible that they disappear with the closure of the resource. This raises the citation and further contributes to improving the rating. Each article in Russian or English - 2.050 rubles. A scan of the original must be attached.
Prices are valid at the initial stage, after the first 100 artists there will be an increase.

The program calculates parameters in points, depending on the number of points the artist is assigned a rating category from 7 (works of a novice artist) to 1 (the highest investment level of works). In addition, the program calculates the approximate cost of paintings and their attractiveness as an investment in the future. The higher the artist's rating, the more accurate the forecast. The program also cuts off excessively inflated prices by some gallery owners, art historians and auctioneers and gives a fair assessment to real masters. The author of the program also gives recommendations to artists in terms of further promotion of their works, based on the results of the program.
